Group fitness coaching involves instructing and leading a fitness class of 3 or more people. Group fitness coaching goes far beyond the class though as your coaches will keep you as motivated as possible outside of the gym!

Group fitness is increasingly popular as many of us struggled with isolation when we were forced to quarantine and because physical fitness and exercise are a challenge for many of us. Exercising with a group of supportive peers makes the activity much more enjoyable for many people and motivates us to stay consistent!
